This is where we will post answers to the most frequently asked questions concerning the PSPInformation website.
If you have a question not covered here please send it to us . We'll try to answer it as soon as possible.
Q - What is the best browser to use to view your pages?
We currently use the most recently available versions of Microsoft Windows Internet Explorer and Firefox to check out our pages.
It is extremely difficult to create pages that will properly display using every version of all the available
browsers. If you are having problems displaying out pages and suspect the browser may be the cause we suggest you:
check and verify you are using the most recent version of your browser, if not see if there is an available download
if this doesn't work and you are not using Internet Explorer or Firefox, try to use one of these
if it still doesn't work write us, tell us what you are trying to do, what seems to be wrong and which browser and version you are using and we'll try to duplicate your problem if possible and provide a fix - we'll work with you.
Q - What can I do to help support the websites?
We can always use volunteers for various tasks. See our information on the home page of this website. You can work from home doing various tasks to help improve and/or make changes on our pages.
You can tell others about us and what you have found here - invite them to join us.
You can join our forum/listserv and receive and give support to other facing the same problems you are.
You can help us meet our financial needs. Websites cost money to create and maintain. We are working toward eventually creating a non-profit tax-exempt charitable corporation that will offer information and support for the many victims of movement-affecting neurological diseases. This will require more funds than are currently available. You can help us financially by following the information on this website's home page.
Whatever is left after we pay the ongoing costs associated with providing these websites will be placed
into a dedicated bank account used only for these websites and will be eventually used to fund the creation of this non-profit tax-exempt charitable organization.
Since we have not yet formed this organization any financial help you send us will not be deductable from your personal Federal and State taxes. For additional advice see your personal tax advisor.
If you ever want to check on whether you can deduct a gift to a particular charitable organization you can check the tax-exempt list at http://www.irs.gov.
